What is environmental PVD process？

1.PVD environmental protection process is not the traditional water plating- essentially plastic metallization. PVD process plastic raw part is applicable to a wider range: ABS, PC, ABS+PC.
2.The metal layer in PVD environmental protection process is a physical process, which is the result of "physical vapor deposition" in a vacuum to form a dense metal film.
3.High purity metal plating layer +UV coating, appearance similar as water electroplating parts, coating performance to match the technical standards of automotive interior coating, process environmental protection, lower cost.
